Taylor, I put up your LJ video from the alumni meet. One of them I put in slo mo so you can break it down. We still need to work on lift, and also in-flight mechanics. We arent getting our legs to do the right thing. I want you to watch some of Coach Mike's LJ's in slo mo. He also does am LJ explanation for Mark's jumps. check both of them out. They're really good, so take a look at them. I've also updated the videos so that they arent on youtube. You can actually open them up and full screen them, with a little bit better quality too.
